Jason C. Whitehead President
Jason Whitehead is a leading expert in organizational innovation. He has ten years experience in organizational change and information systems implementations in a variety of small and large organizations. Mr. Whitehead's technology experience is focused on leading packaged based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system implementations. Mr. Whitehead's organization development experience is focused on assisting organizations leading organizations through holistic analysis projects and developing strategies for enacting lasting change.
Mr. Whitehead's professional experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, and global consultancies. He has conducted domestic and international projects with major global clients including Texas Instruments, Bell South, BP, Nissan, Sabre Holdings, Kimberly-Clark, American Re-Insurance, Union Planters National Bank, and the National Institute of Health Federal Credit Union (NIHFCU).
Mr. Whitehead holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University, a Master of Science in Analysis, Design & Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science , and a Master of Science in Organization Development & Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University .
Dr. Gus Hosein

Dr. Hosein is a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and a key widely respected expert in the field of Information Systems. His thought leadership and ground-breaking work on the UK Identity Card project was extremely influential in the UK government debate in both the House of Lords and the House of Commons and is credited for getting Dr. Hosein included in the 2005 list of top 50 “Agenda Setters” in the technology industry by Silicon.com . Dr. Hosein is invited to speak at numerous conferences, NGOs, and various private and public organizations each year.
Dr. Susan V. Scott
Senior Lecturer —Department of Information Systems
London School of Economics, London, England
Dr. Scott is a Senior Lecturer in the Information Systems Department at the London School of Economics and where she pursues research focusing of the role of information systems in the transformation of financial services. She also teaches courses on IS issues for social scientists and Information Systems in Business.
Dr. Scott is active in bridging the gap between academia and industry. In 2001 she founded a Corporate Academic Funding Consortium, which sponsored the Moving Markets: Strategic Developments in Clearing and Settlement project. This joint industry-academic organization studied the significant trends and transformations taking place in financial settlements and provided a forum for industry practitioners to interact with academic experts, policy analysts and regulators. Dr. Scott is also an active researcher in the Centre for Economic Performance research program on Productivity and Innovation. The program looks at the role of information and communication technologies, new organizational practices, skills, the structure of labor and product markets in shaping innovation and productivity. Dr. Scott is actively involved in the Centre for Analysis of Risk and Regulation at LSE (CARR) where she focuses her research on projects relating to organizational risk, reputation risk and trust in organizations.
Jennifer K. Belles

Jennifer K. Belles is a senior-level management, human resources, and communication consultant dedicated to helping companies effectively manage and communicate internal organizational change. She has over 12 years of experience in addressing the communication, behavioral, and implementation issues involved in all types of organizational transformation. Working collaboratively, she helps clients address the communication components involved in mergers and acquisitions, organizational redesign, leadership transition, and human resources/employee benefit program changes. Her areas of expertise include strategic human resources design and implementation, internal change communication, organizational diagnosis and workforce analysis, performance management, coaching, and training.
Ms. Belles' professional experience includes senior leadership positions at leading consulting firms such as Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Burson-Marsteller and Towers Perrin. Her work has included initiatives for such clients as Astra Zeneca, ChevronTexaco, Del-Jen Services Group, EDS, Freddie Mac, Howard University Hospital, IBM, The International Monetary Fund, Johnson & Johnson, Lucent Technologies Inc., Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., Mount Sinai NYU Health, National Association for the Education of Young Children, R.R. Donnelley & Sons, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service of the Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Postal Service. Jennifer also worked as the Director of Communications for the American Benefits Council, a national trade association representing Fortune 100 companies that sponsor employee benefits programs.
Ms. Belles earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University. She is a certified Synectics™ facilitator and the creator of Improv for Business, a management training program that uses the principles and philosophies of improvisational comedy to increase business success.

Murphy is a professional program manager with twenty years of cross-industry experience, where she has provided full project lifecycle support for large-scale learning projects including change management, communications, implementation, and deployment across a wide range of industries including military, federal government, state government, high-tech, newspaper, and industrial.
Ms. Murphy blends practical knowledge, experience, and the ability to translation conceptual solutions into courses of action to be implemented in a work place. She has significant experience in the following: training program design, delivery, and evaluation, management and leadership development programs, curriculum development, program/project management, marketing, management, Help Desk; business development, and management of logistical planning. Ms. Murphy has held the positions of Program Manager, Training Manager, Documentation Manager, Help Desk Manager, Proposal Manager, and Senior Educator and has helped design, define, develop, and deliver successful large-scale complicated training programs world-wide.
Ms. Murphy holds a BA in Theatre / Dance. She was an invited speaker at George Mason University’s Master’s Program Introduction Seminar and has been a featured speaker at Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) conferences. Ms. Murphy maintains several professional affiliations with industry associations including the American Society of Training and Developers (ASTD), National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), and Women in Technology (WIT).
